In terms of health care practices, BOIU is working in collaboration with a reputable research based pharmaceutical organization which have created a series of immune system enhancement products have been used in over 100 countries for the treatment of AIDS, Cancer as well as metabolic and autoimmune diseases.
These immune system enhancement products have produced up to 85 % success rate in treatment and healing of terminal diseases BOIU aims to be the most progressive and foremost organization in the field of Holistic Medicines AND Integrates studies. It has envisioned a global membership of over 100,000 practitioners and over 100 national centers across the globe by the year 2030.

The physical infrastructure would be located in Sabah, Malaysia. The Vice Chancellor of the University is also the Managing Director of a development company which has been entrusted to develop Tittingan Sea Front Integrated Resort City at an estimated cost of USD 500 million. Land reclamation would start in when the eclipse of global financial meltdown ends and the city is projected to be completed within 10 years. The permanent infrastructure of BOIU Admissions and Records would be located at Titingan Sea Front Resort City in Tawau, Sabah, Malaysia while the independent institutes could be located in any part of the world.

Q : Can we transfer credits from institutions claiming to have the status of being the ONLY approved institution affiliated to United Nations Peace University?
Currently there are NO institution from any part of the planet which is recognized by and affiliated to the UNITED NATIONS PEACE UNIVERSITY established under U.N. Resolution Number 35/55/5/XII/80.

Some presidents of diploma mills just take group photographs with world personalities and celebrities and then claim to receive accreditations from their respective institutions, including the United Nations. If you feel that you had been cheated, please contact the INTERPOL.
For any institution that claim to be recognized by the U.N. University for Peace or the United Nations, please demand a letter of recognition given by the United Nations as proof from such institutions and then contact the respective world agencies' Legal Affairs Department for validation and authentication of such documents.
For the last 40 years, there has been a number of large diploma mills operating in South East Asia with world personalities and celebrities being associated with them. All students seeking credit transfer for prior learning experiences for alternative medical degrees particularly from large diploma mills from South East Asia, Britain, U.S.A. and China would be subjected to stringent scrutiny during evaluations with the possibility of outright rejection.

Q: What is the difference between permanent and honorary positions in the university?
BOIU would appointed a panel of world personalities as “Honorary Presidents” and “Honorary Deans” and other honorary titles to clearly demarcate the Visiting Professors from Residential Professors. Thus “Honorary Presidents and Deans “ do not receive any payment, stipents or honorariums.

Q : Are distance learning programs in alternative medicines as effective as on campus learning.
On going seminars, workshops and unique intensive practical and clinical programs of 28 days duration would be held every month. Besides practical training, BOIU also conducts clinical training on a monthly basis through new and innovative methods of learning.
Strategic partnerships and collaborations with established institution of Non-Traditional Learning are currently being developed by BOIU. Full information of such partnerships would be made available at this website, once our Memorandum of Understanding with our strategic partner institutions has been successfully concluded.
All the above arrangements would complement online instructions and distance learning programs that would be developed at BOIU in a not too distant future.
Correspondence course on alternative medicines would only harm patients and practitioners. BOIU doe not offer any correnspondence courses in the area of alternative medicines.
Q : Are there options for credit transfers, prior learning and studies completed at other institutions that could be used for fulfillment of requirements at BOIU?
Yes there are options for credit transfer from reputable institutions, nevertheless such institutions should submit the students record and achievements together with the University's current legal status in their operating countries and other records to Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc (ECE) for documentation of their academic achievement. We ONLY accept academic credential evaluations done and send in a sealed envelop and mailed directly form the office of Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc (ECE) to the BOIU's Office of the Vice Chancellor.
Q : How is distance learning programs conducted?
For each course a set of books are recommended. These books could be bought from www. Amazon.com. A series of questions would be designed by the university or the institutes of the university to test understanding and intellectual maturity and not memory work. Students answer examination papers and sent the answer scripts back to the university for evaluation, criticism and grading by selected member of the faculty.
After completion, these lessons will be emailed back for analysis .The professor responsible for the course is available through email for questions, comments and guidance.
For diploma and degree, programs students would have to complete Projects, thesis and dissertations as in any other institutions. Complete online programs infrastructure would be in place by January 2022. For the time being, only taught programs are available through the Approved Learning Centers, licensed by the university.
Q: Do I have a choice to register for a multiple program.
You are encouraged to spend time and energy understanding the essentials of each programs to enhance your core competency in those areas. Multiple enrollment in more than two subjects per program is not encouraged. Why the rush ?
Q : If I do not live in the USA can I still enroll for the BOIU programs?
BOIU would appoint a panel of distinguished adjunct professors in many part of the world and distance learning program is being developed for the benefit of students from all parts of the world . This would enable students from many parts of the world enroll in high quality programs. Complete online programs infrastructure would be in place by January 2022.
From 2011 – 2021, all the programs at BOIU would be by live seminar and classroom based instructor led program. Degree transfer students would complete their evaluations by Education Credential Evaluations Inc. and additional subjects can be completed at BOIU approved institutions nearest to where you stay or work.
The university would licence and accreditate independent APPROVED LEARNING CENTERS in 192 countries to deliver unique programs.
Q : Would I be guaranteed of a pass in the examinations?
Only degree and diploma mills can offer such guarantees. If you fail to obtain the minimum pass marks, you are given another chance for re-examination which involves a nominal exam fee for additional attempts.
Q : How can I get recognition for my research work ?
Once you are enrolled in our program, you will be given the option to submit your work with a sworn statement that it an authentic research work of yours. Fraudulent submissions and plagiarism would be deterred by placing the names of students and the dissertation materials on the Internet archives. Degrees issued for plagiarized works would be rescinded and the names of the graduated would be struck off the register with no refunds made for any or all of the payments.
We encourage all research work to be published in the print media (hardcopies) or electronic media (CDs, e-Book) to be made available for research and reference by the academia.
Q: How do I get admission at BOIU?
BOIU plans to accept its first batched of students through the Approved Learning Centers begining on January 1, 2011. The university does not accept any students directly. All admissions are done through the Approved Learning Centers
During the interim period, students are required to enroll at partner institutions where BOIU Non-Academic Qualifications would be jointly offered along with qualifications offered by partner institutions. BOIU is currently collaborating with partner institutions to establish Institutes and Schools in alignment with partner institution curriculum and programs.
Q : What is the status of university and its courses?
BOIU is legally constituted in the USA in the year 2007 , as a newly incorporated institution, the university is fast forming strategic partnership with reputable parallel institutions to gain internationally recognized status and aims to be the largest non academic institution for life skills enhancement, integrated holistic medicines, peace studies, consciousness development and other revolutionary programs for the evolution of man.
The Non-Academic Diploma, Bachelor, Masters and Doctorate programs are duly chartered under the memorandum of the BOIU . Collaborations efforts are being worked out so that BOIU qualifications would be accepted by relevant agencies for recognitions. All degree documents would be paraphrased with the word “ NON ACADEMIC” to avoid possible confusion with traditional academic programs.
Currently there are NO Government “approved” institutions to accredit NON ACADEMIC institution like the BOIU. While there are dozens of “unapproved” accreditation agencies offering instant accreditations on the Internet, for a fee. BOIU's main aim and purpose is NOT to deceive students seeking “accreditated institution” with false accreditations. Students who seek accredited qualifications should enroll in other institutions of their choice.
Each BOIU Institute and School would form Strategic Partnership with reputable international institutions to offer internationally acclaimed programs globally at an affordable fee to over 192 countries.
While the university may be unaccredited in the conventional terms of reference nevertheless the programs offered in alliance with strategic partners would enjoy the same level of acceptance and recognitions as if they were offered at the strategic partner's institutions.
Non academic credentials SHOULD NOT be used where academic qualifications are required.
Q : Are the programs offered by BOIU recognized by the respective government's Ministry of Education or other related government agencies?
Since almost all the programs offered are in the area of NON Academic, there are currently not many governments with an establish governmental infrastructure to access, evaluate, accredit or recognize BOIU non-academic programs.
BOIU programs are purely NON-ACADEMIC in nature, designed and developed to enhance human capital development and fulfill the missing link in a traditional academic setting. There is no minimum entry qualifications like the High School Certificate to study in BOIU.
Everybody can now study a new living skill to evolve mentally, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually. Period.
Nevertheless, BOIU would collaborate with the governments where the institute operates to co-partner in creating national charters, benchmarking and a term of references in an effort to transfer intellectual properties, knowledge managements from developed countries to developing countries.
