The university would appoint one Honorary Advisors to spearhead the WINGS OF PEACE under the BOIU World Peace Prize Academy of the university in every member countries of the United Nations.
This is an honorary position and as such no payment would be granted.
The BOIU Honorary Advisors would be conferred the title of Visiting Professor of the university for the period of 3 year tenure January effective 2011. No payment would be charged for the certification.
There are currently 192 Member States in the United Nations. A BOIU Honorary Advisors would be appointed for every one of the 192 member states of the United Nations

Ambassador Mussie Hailu is a peace advocate and activist who works at national, regional and international level on the issue of peace, reconciliation, interfaith harmony, disarmament, promoting the Golden Rule, world citizenship, right human relationship and building bridges for international cooperation. Professor Dr. Taisir Subhi-Yamin
Taisir Subhi-Yamin is a professor of gifted education. He has a B.Sc. in Physics, an M.A. in Special Education, and a Ph.D. in Gifted Education and e-learning from Lancaster University in England. He is the recipient of academic prizes and fellowships from Jordan, England, and the U.S.A. including a Fulbright Award (1996). Prof. Yamin is active in the field of science popularization, and has written ten books and many articles and research papers. In addition, he has developed a number of training packages to develop productive thinking skills. He is an active member of an impressive list of academic institutions including: the British Educational Research Association (BERA), the European Council for High Ability (ECHA), Bahrain Association for the Gifted and Talented; President, Jordanian Association of Physicists, the National Committee for Gifted Education; Founder, the Qatari Centre for the Gifted and Talented. He is also the National Chancellor and regional representative of the International Association of Educators for World Peace. He was a delegate of the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children (WCGTC) for about ten years. In 2002 he was elected as a member of the executive committee of the WCGTC. Since 2005, he was named editor of Gifted and Talented International. Professor Yamin was involved in developing UAE project for the gifted and talented in Ulm university. In addition, he has established, in cooperation with Prof. Todd Lubart, the International Centre for Innovation in Education (ICIE-Paris). Recently, he is visiting Professor in the Institut de Psychologie – Université Paris Descartes. In addition, he has established two branches for the ICIE in Sweden and Germany. In March 10, he was elected as the President of the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children (WCGTC).

She is the Principal of Basanthi Devi College in Kolkata, India and a Visiting Lecturer at Netaji Subash Open University (Public Administration) and Jadavpur University. M. Arch (Urban Sociology) & M.A. Sociology while being active as a resource person for M.A. Part I and Part II P.C.P. classes of Rabindra Bharati University DDE at Dhruba Chand Halder College. Dr. Roy holds a PhD in Political Science, Public Administration ; M.A. in Political Science as a First Class Gold Medalist and B.A. Political Science ( First Class Hons.) from Guwahati University. Dr. Roy has also completed teachers foundation course on disability, at Rehabilitation Council of India in collaboration with Bhoj University; course on education of the developmentally young conducted by Indian Institute of Cerebral Palsy in collaboration with the University of Manchester. Training of the Trainers and UGC sponsored program on capacity building of women administrators, training of the trainers program by Women Studies Research Centre, Calcutta University. Kolkata. She has contributed extensively for books, journals, publication and conference papers in India, Australia, Malaysia, South Africa and Russia on Urbanization & Public Administration, Urban Politics, Women Empowerment and Global Peace & harmony Initiatives. She is the President Beautiful Mind , a parental organization on disability; Founding Member of Centre for Strategic Studies and Founder & Board Member Socio-Cybernetic group , named International Peace and Harmony Group and International NGO. She was the Best Award Winner conferred by Indian Solidarity Council.
Dr. T. Ashok Chakravarthy
He is an accomplished poet who holds a Bachelor of Commerce ( B.Com ), a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism with a Doctor of Literature ( D. Lit. ). He has a passion for poetry and had penned hree published collections viz. Charismata of Poesie, Chariot of Musings and Serene Thoughts. He is a Vice Chairman, Global harmony Association, Russia. He holds a number of international memberships in NGOs such as Universal Peace Ambassador, Switzerland; World Academy of Arts & Culture ( NGO UNESCO), USA, Literary Academy for World Peace, South Korea, International Forum for Literature & Culture of Peace, Israel, Bilingual Poets & Writers for Peace ( NGO-UNESCO ) Argentina, World poets Society, Greece, Poets of the World, Chile and "Love Ambassador", the Love Foundation, Tampa, Florida.
His lifetime achievements include : being conferred with 'Doctor of Literature' at Seoul, South Korea by the USA based " VoicesNet 6th Poetry Anthology Contest"; a nominee for the "Effligent Star-2003" Award by Home of Letters, India; "Poetry Award Certificate" from the International Society of Greece Writers; winner of "Human Rights Poetry Contest' in Poetry Canada Magazine; selected as one of the 18 worldwide poets to partake in the WRITERS CULTURAL EXCHANGE PROGRAMME-2005 at Romania; Recipient of Poet of the Month Award ( Nov. 2005 ) @ "Let's Talk Honestly"; finalist amongst the 13 world poets by Ekaika-rasa Magazine, Taiwan. His enviromental poem ( Plant More Trees ) set to musical tune for the Circle of Peace Album, USA which was also released under the UN Enviromental Program in France and school children were provided with a CD and a free school kit. many of his poems have been translated into 10 foreign languages and some of them were being bradcast exclusively in a one-hour program on the Canadian Radio.
He had received commendations from the Honorable Former President of India, Shri AP Abdul Kalam and Honoable Former Prime minister of India, Shri Atal Behari Vajpayee.
Dr. Jawahar Shah
Dr. Jawahar Shah, a Homeopath by training, lives and works in Mumbai, where he has been running a busy Homoeopathic practice for over 30 years. The Middle East Children Association (MECA) is a non-profit organization established in 1996 jointly by Israeli and Palestinian educators.
