All appointments in the university  are  honorary appointments and no payment would be provided to individuals. The university does not receive any state or federal funding or donations of any kind from individuals.



Distinguished individuals with proven service records and academic credentials from traditional and reputable institutions of higher learning would be appointed as Deputy Vice Chancellors and Deans ; these distinguished individuals would  then operate the APPROVED LEARNING CENTRES as a profitable strategic business enterprise.



The Approved Learning Centre would remain  as the proprietary entity and private business enterprise of the Deputy Vice Chancellors and their Deans.



Every attempt is made to keep the programs affordable. All awards, titles, honours and degree documents are issues in the private capacity of the university.



The university is not linked to or with any private or government agencies with similar sounding names.



BOIU is an autonomous and independent private enterprise; it does not claim accreditation or recognitions from any other enterprise, neither public nor private.



Business and revenue taxes are paid by the university in the USA. Global Master Franchiser, Regional and National Franchisers would pay the taxes due in their respective countries.



All revenues earned by the university would be channelled towards  the global growth plans and market capitalization goals of the university to provide affordable non academic education to the masses. EVERYBODY CAN NOW STUDY LIVING SKILLS.
