The above photo shows the 5 story building in the forefront. The two towers at the background are high rise apartment towers where plans are in progress to convert some of the apartments for rent into university accommodation facility; that would cater for visiting international students should there be a demand for such future requirements.

The International Student Communications Center and Classrooms of Borneo Open International University are to be housed at this building. This is a FIVE STORY  stand alone building with a total buildup area of 50,000 square feet, covering an average of 10,000 square feet per floor. The university’s class rooms, library, World Peace Museum and World Peace Auditorium would be house on the 2nd  to  5th Floors.

The Ground floor would be let out to commercial outfits and convenient stores to add value to the premises. The Roof-Top Open Space would be converted into an Open Martial Arts Learning Center managed by the university’s charter The INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF MARTIAL ARTS GRANDMASTERS FOR WORLD PEACE ( IFMAG ). Future martial art workshops and clinics  by visiting world class grandmasters would be hosted here.

The university board is in negotiation with funders and funding sources to refurbish the building to its delightful ambiance .

The entire building is under the supervision and management of the university’s Executive Vice President , Prof. Dr. Gopala K. Kenneth who is also the Head of Inspection and Accreditation of the United Kingdom Association of Professionals ( UKAP-UK ) and Principal Adviser of BNG Global Holding Sdn.Bhd

The Global Master Franchser is a business entity headed by the university's Executive Vice President Prof. Dr. Gopala K Kenneth. He is  retired Malaysian Diplomat with over 30 years of experience in Foreign Affairs, serving in the European Region. He had spent another 20 years in the post retirement phase as a pre eminent thought leader in Adult Education, representing a number of American and British non traditional institutions of higher education.
