Dr. Prabhas Chandra Sinha was a Fulbright Post-Doctoral Fellow at the East-West Center, Honolulu, Hawaii, USA and a Fellow at the World Prestigious Salzburg Seminar, Austria.
He has had extensive teaching and consulting experience in the USA, Europe (Sweden, Finland, Norway, U.K., Russia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Italy, Austria), Asia ( Nepal, Thailand, Egypt, Israel, Palestine, Yemen) and Africa (Ivory Coast, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, South Africa).
He was also the adjunct faculty member at The Union Institute, Ohio University and lectured at the University of California at Berkeley, USA.
Dr. P. C. Sinha had held positions of formal teaching; educational consultancy; workshop course Director; course and curriculum design director; training consultant; adjunct faculty for doctoral research, supervision and& evaluation; senior programme officer; technical adviser, expert and external monitor; fellow, associate and director in major international organizations viz. World Bank (WB), African Development Bank (AfDB), International Development Agency (IDA), Global Environmental Facility (GEF), International Institute of Environment and Development (IIED), World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), Imperial College's Centre for Environmental Technology (ICCET), United States Agency for International Development (USAID); as well as other institutions.
