This is a recommended general list of fees; to provide top quality, affordable and accessible to higher non academic education made possible. We make the competency leap easier for productivity , performance and growth of individuals and organizations.

In some cases, the fully autonomous and independent Approved Learning Centers may offer a reduced fee structure and partial scholarships at their discretion. Duration of programs would be determined by EXPERIENTIAL BASED EDUCATION, Internship and in PARTNERSHIP WITH THE INDUSTRY for supervised work experience. nevertheless, the completion of the number of minimum core subject per level of certification is a compulsory requirement.


Life seminar and workshops fee will be determined by the speakers and seminar leaders independently. The students, delegates and participants benefit from the most comprehensive and advanced learning resources and support mentoring as in Forex trade, human success engineering and mind navigational programs. The focus is to prepare the under privileged and adults for a life-long journey of achieving success in their chosen reality of living. Precision application starts with correct programming through training. We provide you maximum service for maximum gains in the game of life.

Each Approved Learning Center licensed by the university would pay Registration AND Documentation Fee to the university for the purpose of registration and issuance of the diploma or degree documentation for each student. The COURSE FEE would be paid directly to the Approved Learning Center for tuition, proctored examination and project evaluations. There is no other fee to be paid by the institutes to the university.

In the event of disputes, a registered student can initiate grievances procedures against any Approved Learning Center, students may be direct their communications to the Vice Chancellor’s office for mediation and conflict resolution. All disputes would have to be settles in the legal juridiction of the state or territory where the Approved Learning Centres are located and legally operating.

Right of admission into all programs, workshops and seminars is reserved.


Where the university officers are required to be present during convocation in different countries, a separate fee has to be paid to the university by each Approved Learning Centres, holding their convocation; which includes economy return ticket, accommodation in a 4 star hotel and an honorarium of USD 2,000 paid directly to the account of the official and computed directly for tax purposes by the individual. Two officials could travel from the USA, Europe or Asia to deliver commencement address, a peace lecture and lead the conferment of the non academic documents to graduates.

The university does not recruit any student directly into its programs. All enrolment are done through APPROVED LEARNING CENTRES accredited by the university. All fees are paid directly to the APPROVED LEARNING CENTRES and the APPROVED LEARNING CENTRES remain accountable and become legally responsible and binding for all payments and contractual agreement with the students.

Each APPROVED LEARNING CENTRES would then pay the registration and documentation with the student enrolment record ,a digital and print copy of the application forms directly to the university’s Global Master Franchiser. Any disputes between the students and owners of Approved Learning Centres would have to be settled in the legal courts in jurisdictions where the approved learning centres are legally operating.

As follows is the university recommended fee schedule for 2011 through 2015

High Quality University Graduation Gowns and paraphernalia , in customized sizes of Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large are sent by AIR from Malaysia at USD 150 each for the complete set.

Each Approved Learning Center would collect the payment for the gowns and forward it to the university . Gowns are purchased separately. The university would then send the gowns to the Approved Learning Centers to be handed over to the respective students. Graduation ceremonies could be held in the USA and if AMERICAN VISA becomes an issue or a hurdle, then alternative venues for graduation and convocations could be held in other parts of the world.
