Each APPROVED LEARNING CENTRES would pay the registration and documentation with the student enrolment record ,a digital and print copy of the application forms directly to the university’s Global Master Franchiser. Any disputes between the students and owners of Approved Learning Centres would have to be settled in the legal courts in jurisdictions where the approved learning centres are legally operating.

 


As follows is the university recommended fee schedule for 2013 through 2017 for A DUAL DEGREE. BOIU offers its own parallel degrees to students who have successfully completed and passed the PROCTORED examinations set by THE GLOBAL OPEN UNIVERSITY NAGALAND, India AND OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD. All learning materials and tutorial notes in the form of bound text books would be shipped directly from NEW DELHI, India via AIR MAIL BOOK PARCEL POST to any part of the world.
