The university would appoint one National Chancellor to spearhead the educational opportunities of the university in every member countries of the United Nations.
This is an honorary position and as such no payment would be granted.
The BOIU National Chancellor would be conferred the title of Visiting Professor of the university for the period of 3 year tenure effective 2011. No payment would be charged for the certification.
There are currently 192 Member States in the United Nations. A BOIU National Chancellor would be appointed for every one of the 192 member states of the United Nations
